Here are some answers to frequently asked questions. If you have another question, send me a message via the pop up below, or email me on nicola@nicolaburtoncreative.com.

what is your return policy?

All sales of readymade and commissioned artwork are final. I can only accept returns if the item arrives damaged and is reported to me within 48 hours of delivery, including photographs of the damage so that I can follow up with the courier. If damage is not reported immediately on arrival it will be deemed to have arrived safely and is therefore non-refundable.

what is your delivery policy? do you ship internationally?

I use courier delivery both in the UK and worldwide using an insured, tracked, and signed for courier.
You are welcome to contact me before placing an order if you would like a custom postage quotation for quicker delivery or other delivery options.
I am happy to deliver personally if you are within 10 miles of CO6, Essex, UK.

I often re-use and recycle packaging - it may not be pretty but it is good for the trees!

how long does it take to create a commissioned artwork?

This varies depending on my current commission commitments, but I will give you a clear timeframe when you enquire.

If you need a commission completed by a specific date, for instance a birthday, anniversary, or Christmas, please let me know and I will confirm whether or not it is possible - but I will always try my best to accommodate you.

what payment methods do you accept?

I currently accept PayPal, credit and debit card payments, Apple Pay, and Klarna. You can pay in instalments through PayPal 'pay in three' and Klarna.
Your payments are processed by Wix and the payment provider you choose; I do not have access to your secure details.

is it safe to mail your art internationally?

Absolutely!
Each frame is bubble wrapped, boxed, gift wrapped if requested, then bubble wrapped again and placed in a sturdy box filled with packing material. Liberal use of 'fragile' packing tape seals everything up ready for posting.
